Really like Marathons option of "goal lines" for teams

Put this one together for Thursday:

    14 Feb 18:00 / UEFA Europa League / Round of 32 / 1st Leg / BATE vs Fenerbahçe / Total Goals (BATE) - Over 1 @ 1.615
    14 Feb 18:00 / UEFA Europa League / Round of 32 / 1st Leg / Bayer 04 Leverkusen vs Benfica / Total Goals (Benfica) - Over 1 @ 1.68
    14 Feb 20:05 / UEFA Europa League / Round of 32 / 1st Leg / Newcastle United vs Metalist Kharkiv / Total Goals (Metalist Kharkiv) - Over 1 @ 1.93
    14 Feb 20:05 / UEFA Europa League / Round of 32 / 1st Leg / Stuttgart vs Genk / Total Goals (Genk) - Over 0.5 @ 1.59
    14 Feb 20:05 / UEFA Europa League / Round of 32 / 1st Leg / Basel vs Dnipro / Total Goals (Dnipro) - Over 1 @ 1.59
    14 Feb 18:00 / UEFA Europa League / Round of 32 / 1st Leg / Sparta Prague vs Chelsea / Total Goals (Sparta Prague) - Over 0.5 @ 1.63
    14 Feb 18:00 / UEFA Europa League / Round of 32 / 1st Leg / Napoli vs Viktoria Plzen / Total Goals (Viktoria Plzen) - Over 0.5 @ 1.65

    Works out @35 :D

not to worry, not exactly a serious bet anyway!

Hannover's away form make Anzhi very backable even without Eto I think.

True enough. Just have problems to see where that 3rd goal will come from. Cant see Hannover score and Anzi is not the team that will push for a 3rd

Anyone know if you can bet on a goal from a set piece in Real v Utd, and what the definition of a goal from a set piece includes?

Did you find a way to get on this? I doubt such a market exists and the closest is probably "method of 1st goal" - shot, header, free kick, penalty etc.

Anyone want to have a guess at the Scottish third division games this weekend? I've started enjoying putting my weekly tenner on this league as its a little bit more predictable cause all the teams are terrible. Plus the looks you get when you check up the scores in the pub.

    Annan Athletic V East Stirling
    Annan ]

    Montrose V Elgin
    [Draw]

    Peterhead V Sterling
    [Peterhead]

    Queens Park V Berwick
    [Queens Park]
    [16/1 Acc FYI]

Like the poster above who does scottish football, I wll do a couple of singles and a low stake double. The games are poor with no consistancy. These teams can be losing all the time then they go off on a winning streak, then start losing again

Ayr to win @ 13/5, they have been banging goals in quiet a lot lately and could nick this game .

Hamilton to win @ 9/2, Their opponents Partick are a bit hit or miss and Hamilton can be good at times.

Two singles on above and a small stake double @ a tasty just over 19/1.

Method of 1st goal was all I could find. Header for Man Utd from a corner was the goal too :(

Celtic to win, Dortmund DNB, Middlesbrough DNB and Marseilles DNB
    €1.50 returns a potential €166

I prefer when it goes wrong like this than when 1 lets me down! Seems easier to take for some reason!

Had a stonker of a night myself, fancied Marseille, Dortmund big time! Oh well

Ha yeah, there's a certain satisfaction in making a complete balls up of a bet. I had a 4 team accum last week .. all 4 were DNB's ... 4 pushes

Dear Paddy Power, I think it is a pointless exercise slow trading an in-play market and opening the book after 20 mins when a team is already 3-0 to the good. There is zero value in the markets being traded.

Gone big on man united this weekend vs Norwich. Norwichs win Last week will have taken the pressure off them and I feel united will be looking for a good performance before Madrid.
    €200 @ 4/11

With a 12 point lead in the league and a huge game on Tuesday night, possibilites Ferguson plays a reserve side. Would you not wait to see the team he names? 4/11 with those risks is too short for me.

Even with a few players being rested I can't see united not getting 3 points.
Granted it's a bit of a gamble but I'm a united fan and I've faith in fergie.

All I'm saying is wait till the team is announced, it could affect the price to your benefit.

Yeah, might have been better off, but I can see that price drifting over the next 24 hours. Bet on anyway.
    Should be interesting.

is betting on under 2 goals in the same as betting on 0 or 1 goals in the total goals market? stupid question probably but there is a difference in price

No. Because if its end 1-1 or 2-0 u lose on the 0 or 1 goals. I assume you mean under 2.5 goals.

    Dumbarton 7/5
    Queens park 10/11
About 4.5/1 for the double € 5 on this.

    Coventry 9/5
    york 9/5
about 7.8/1 for the double € 3 on this

    4 teams above in an accum. = about 35/1 , € 2 on this.
