Peugeot 307 dipped lights not working

The dipped lights on 307 Peugeot have stopped working and one of them makes buzzing noise when I turned lights on, parking lights and full bean working fine,any ideas as bulbs look fine and chances of 2 blowing same time unlikely,

Check the bulbs first...there is a chance of both bulbs blowing at the one time.

Are you sure both went at the one time what normally happens is that the customer doesn't notice that a bulb has gone till the second one goes and leaves them in darkness.
