Moving from UPC SD to HD - old recordings?

    Hi all, i am going to get a HD UPC box, what can i do to save my old recordings somewhere?

    Nothing, recording are specific to the Box, once you upgrade there will be no recordings on your new box.

    so there is no way of getting them off it or backing them up?
