I already ordered the Ainol Hero 2 from the following website but two weeks later no sign of it been dispatched and I am just going to cancel it.

It's madness to buy one of these, they have no support. Android is continuously evolving, support is important. They end up staying on the software they ship with and do not get updates to fix bugs or to add the newest Android features.

Order from hongkongeek.es. DHL delivery for about a tenner and they refund you any customs charges if you're caught.

I'm not sure about that specific site, but a mate in work ordered one of those sort of cheap chinese phones.

He said the main thing was to wait until the 2nd or 3rd production run, as they'll have sorted out quality/production/design issues then.
