Maastricht anyone been there?

Have anyone been to Maastricht? I booked some cheap flights with Ryanair to there and dunno if its worth looking around there or heading on to Cologne?

My partner's father is from there. It's absolutely gorgeous and historical and well worth a poke around. It's really small though, one day will do it unless you have plans to hit museums and the like.

Absolutely beautiful city, well worth a visit. Small enough to walk around in a day or two. Don't miss the St Peter's Caves
