Saorview problem

    Hi all,
    Im having an issue with my saorview box.
    Its an edison combo box.

    When i press info on any of the saorview channels it only says * where it should give the programme description

    This feature works perfectly with all the freeview channels and its beginning to annoy me now.

    any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    I have the same box and pressing the info. button works for me on all the Saorview Channels - what S/W version is on your box? I am running version 1.4.75

    Might be worth trying a S/W upgrade?

    just updates to the latest s/w and now the programme info reads ''*_''

    Better?

    any othet ideas folks?

    Try a factory reset and if possible change installation country from what it currently is. Try UK, ROI, france etc.
