Im heading over to Boston with two mates for the summer (early June-August) and was wondering if anyone knew what part of Boston was the best to try get accommodation and where will the majority of irish people be?

accomadation depends on budget obviously, but see if you can get a short let near harvard, im sure that would not normally be the cheapest place to stay but there area lot of student places there and they will prob be gone home for their hollibobs so you might pick up a bargain, it is also fairly close to the city centre but having said that, getting around boston on the " T " is very cheap and handy, so you could stay out in revere for example which i am sure would be cheaper than harvard area but obviously its a longer trip on the T, somerville is not a bad spot either, it really depends on budget and preference, as for the Irish they will all be back home in Ireland

Do you play football or hurling? If so one of the clubs in Boston will usually help with accommodation if you join up for the summer.
