Glazier that will fit cat flap in door length glass panel?

The thread title says it all really. I'm looking for a glazier who will fit a cat flap into a glass panel that is the same height as the front door. A relative of mine has moved house and its the only place that is suitable for it to go. I just wondered if anyone knows of a place in the Clare/Limerick area that would do it?

I can't imagine this is possible without replacing the glass.
