Ulster Bank took a payment from July this week

    so ling story short ulsterbank took 120 out of my account, for a direct debit which was due last july, it even says july dd on the statement

    naturally i didnt know it wasnt paid, it was during the time their system was down,

    is there anything i can do about this?

    i havent rang them yet, only noticed a few minutes ago, i will be ringing them in the morning, it has overdrawn my account, and as far as i know the payment should have been reversed if there wasnt enough money?

    its dated as the 18th but the online banking sometimes has dates wrong...

    i assumed they would be closed, eithr way iv no credit so itll have to wait until tomorrow,

    just wanted some advice as to where i stand
