Can anyone give a figure for the average mpg for a 2012 1.6 diesel focus?
Even manufacturers claim would do.

Depends on model etc but the link below gives factory mpg although actual mpg tends to be lower. Look up the model on fuelly.com and you can get actual consumption recorded by people.

Last 3 cars I've had have all averaged between 52-56mpg.
