You should have it in 2/3 days so and can just scan it and email it to susi. worst case scenario and there is a delay in the post you should still make it in time. Make sure the docs are in PDF though and that it's a good quality scan. Ring the following day to assure they have received it and if not just resend the email.

support@susi.cdvec.ie is the email you need to send it to.

One of my sisters gets the full amount my other sister gets nothing and I get a letter today saying 50% will be paid. they have somehow managed to get my course and course number wrong!! And yes I did double check everything. Appeals going on so I'm hoping i hear back sometime before Christmas joke shop

Are you and your sisters completely dependent on your parents or did any one of you work in your own right in 2011?

Anyone know what date you usually get paid every month? I got 4 months back-dated during the week but haven't gotten February's payment yet.

according to their website its tomorrow i printed off the following link so that i would have the dates

I rang susi earlier because I didn't receive mine either. They said that my college mustn't have sent back attendance record for the month and that it had happened to a number of people :mad:
They told me to email studentpayments@cdvec.ie with my ref. no. to see what is happening with my payment.

They told me to do the same thing. Although never mentioned attendance. My brothers payment went through though today.

Hey so I got in contact with them via Facebook and was told that I'll get my payment on the 22nd because that's the scheduled date. Not sure if it's changed for some or not but I'll just have to wait and see

A few people I talked to say they got the grant so this is very contredictive

Got approved finally. 100% reg fees, no maintenance money. got 25% maintenance last year, nothing has changed in the meantime. fairly disappointed, its been a struggle this far.
