Is it possible to access iplayer via a dongle on a Humax box in Ireland using Eircom broadband . Thanks ,

Would'nt think so unless you can change your ip address to an english one.

Not unless you use a vpn, but you can get ITVplayer and from what I've read 4OD will soon be available.
