It seems that information for the Easy Saver account has disappeared off the BOI website so I'm unsure of interest rates etc. I'm want to close my Easy Saver account as I'm going to open a higher interest account. Do I have to go into the branch to do this? Do I have to make an appointment with someone in the branch or can the people at the cash desk do this for me? Thanks.

Thanks Billy - is the money automatically lodged into my current account then?

    Hi stripysocks85,

    Thanks for posting.

There is no notice required to withdraw from your Easy Saver.
The funds are lodged to your account instantly.

    Thanks

    Billy
