London city - where to make a phone call?

I need to call Ireland from London for a telephone interview and I will be staying in a hostel. I don't want to rely on my mobile because it tends to have awful reception in general, nevermind making an international call. Is there anywhere in London city where I could make a phone call in fairly quiet/comfortable…

Most internet cafés have phone facilities and sell those internatiomal calling cards or similar. Usually quiet environments, but try look for a suitably quiet one in advance.
