how to tell if an online company has gone bust?

hi guys,
you are usually have a wealth of information on various topics so just wondering if any of ye can help me figure this out.....

fatcheese.ie, is it still trading? i have money pending to paypal and tickets pending since dec but no replies/movement. i notice they are gone quiet on twitter also.

have googled and have looked on the consomer issues here but am still no wiser.....

not the most interesting of topics for a saturday night but i know you all love solving a mystery etc.

What have you found so far? A domain lookup tells me that the company behind it is called Kamzam Limited, based in London. (This press release has the phone number of one of the co-founders, you could try and call her if you like.) I can't find any official sign that they're out of business.
