Car Rental for 23 Year Old

Hey I'm looking to rent a car but Budget and Enterprise don't seem to accept under 25 year olds anymore. Are there other companies in Galway renting to 23 year olds?

If you already have insurance on another car, Enterprise will allow you to temporarily transfer that insurance to the rental, once you have a licence, regardless of age. I'm sure Budget will do the same.

You need to give them plenty of notice also - a lot of the insurance companies use Enterprise to provide a car when the insured's car is off the road because of an accident, and frequently, people don't return cars when they are supposed to. This leaves them short.
