Has anybody tried to rent a movie on Flixster? I downloaded the app but there is no option to rent / buy / download when I go to look at a movie. I have used tunnelbear and also signed up on UltraViolet and linked the account.

    What am I doing wrong?!

I didn't know they had a download system in Ireland. I thought they were more about giving movie listings and finding your local cinema.

    Are you talking about Netflix?

I tried tunnelbear to come across as in the UK/US, doesn't make a difference. Not talking about Netflix! Just seeking a decent app that I can rent movies for offline viewing and Flixster was recommended instead of Google Play :)

Flixster is not a movie rental service, not sure where you got that idea from.

Their FAQ for Android and App description suggested otherwise?

The site is based in San Francisco, California and was founded by Joe Greenstein and Saran Chari in 2007. Flixster has been the parent of website Rotten Tomatoes since January 2010. Flixster including Rotten Tomatoes was acquired by Warner Bros. on May 4, 2011.

Movies by Flixster by Flixster Inc description states "Stream and download full length movies. First movie is on us! (Gift movie offer is for US residents only)"

The FAQ states under "How do I stream and download UltraViolet movies on Android? To download...tap on the movie.. then on the purple download button on the next page"
