How to be diagnosed as Aspergers/Dyspraxia as an Adult

I'm unsure as this counts as medical advice, apologies if it does.

As a small child, my mother was able to diagnose me as having Dyspraxia - she had some experience studying this and able to do it. However, as an adult, I would like to try and be diagnosed professionally, if at all possible.

Does anyone know how I would go about doing this? I'm living in Dublin - I know it's supposed to be somewhat harder to do as an adult, rather than a child, or so I've been told.

The reason this has come to my attention now is the recent thread on Aspergers in After Hours, in which people posted links to tests for these things - http://www.rdos.net/eng/Aspie-quiz.php - which I got:

Guess the reason I would like to know is that it would make me feel better about the way I am/what I do and it's not just me being stupid, if that makes sense?
