It would be great for a stag weekend but not for a wedding :(

The Casino idea is awful! Whatever about the car, the rest of the Bond thing is cringe.

Haha the corset music was funny! :pac:

His father looks about 10 - 12 years younger than his mother.

Ah, jaysus - the casino bit! How's that gonna work? The groom and his mates hit the slots for the night and the bride is left in the ballroom with all her girlies?? I'd kill him! :(

Do the programme makers intentionally go out of their way to antagonise the bride or do they just find complete knucklehead grooms? Yeah, I'm sure every bride would love to have a casino at their wedding reception.

She is expecting a civil ceremony, so what about the pre-marriage course and the three months notice that you have to give the church??

Oh, I forgot this isn't real life, it's telly :D

Pre marriage course is up to priest
I think 3 months notice is to state not church so the solicitor probably sorts that out for them I assume

Even if his Casino idea is so stupid, I like Richie! She seems lovely too though in fairness.

Thanks for clarifying the location I thought it was Farmleigh (Phoenix Park) and was thinking what a great venue for a wedding....

Was that Turlough from Fair City on the boat?

He reminds me of a cross between PJ Gallager and Keith Barry.

I just checked there on our local church's website and you have to give three months.

Think you can apply to a judge for a waiver of this! No mention of this on the program though.

Unless part of the tv application process is you must have your licenve already??

It's very poor form for any business to let a couple down on their wedding day. The Aston Martin people will look very bad unless they provide him with a decent replacement car.

You usually need a very good reason though, being on telly might work ;)
