I notice that about 6 of these apartments have been sold in the past year. We viewed the property recently but are worried why so many have been sold. Generally very few apartments in the same block go on sale at the same time. I think there are only 20 or so apartments in this block. Is there a problem with the building…

Is there a problem with the building or the immediate area?

A friend of mine lived there. From what I know there are only 2 or 3 people who own all the apartments in the block and they were rented. so for whatever reason 1 or 2 of the owners may have needed to offload some properties. I didn't know of any owner occupied back then.
