Why are there stickers on apples?

    I suggest you take a class on how to remove stickers from apples. After a few years, you'll have no problems.

    You should take the 'removing stickers from apples' class...it's just down from the orange eating class.

    The stickers are put on them when they are planted, so the apple pickers know which box to put them in.

    Pink ladies are my apple of choice.

    I have NO interest in oranges, they are messy and make your hands sticky.

    I wash my fruit, but I have to remember to take the sticker off before washing otherwise a small part remains unwashed and possibly tainted by glue. :mad:
