Ford galaxy gear box problem??

Have a ford galaxy and recently it sometimes sticks in first & reverse gear, When it sticks in first if i drive it a tiny Bit forward it will go into second no problem. would this be the selector forks ? And if so is it exspensive to fix ?:rolleyes:

Does it stick only with engine running??
If so clutch isn't releasing fully... Could be master or slave or pressure plate wear.
