can not copy files

I copied folder file from friends LAPTOP to my one by sd card but im unable to open the folder/files as its say 'the program cant start because sentinelkey.w.dll is missing from your pc. try installing the program to fix the problem' I tried to copy it again but no luck..can anyone help please

I Already tried that but you have to pay in order in use it fully

OP, try running "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes) in an administrator command prompt.

I would uninstall that program and scan for viruses and malware.
