Hi. Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times but did a search and couldn't find anything regarding a communal dish.

Yesterday evening my signal went. It says on screen."Your Sky+HD box isn't getting a signal. To find out more please go to sky.com/no signal". I did that and followed all the steps rebooting. I rang Sky yesterday evening. Followed all the steps over the phone but nothing. Possibly because of heavy rainfall so left it.

This morning I checked it and its still not working and its dry out. Went through all the steps again and nothing. The tech told me nothing wrong with Sky Box and no point sending out enigneer which would cost e100. He said problem with communal dish. Neighbours have no signal either so hes probably right. I live in apartment complex with a communal shared dish on top of block. Sky don't install communal dishes so it was a third party.

Do I ring management company and ask them? Doubt they will help. I won't be able to get in touch with them till Monday. Also rang KBO but they are not there weekends either.

Anybody and suggestions or have I no tv for the weekend?

    Thanks.

Looks like you will be watching tv on your laptop for the weekend :) , Your management company are the people to contact. they will know who installed the system.
