I have arranged grinds and I am wondering if it is possible to book a study room at the Hamilton somewhere like it is at the Berkeley?

Yeah there's group study room in the Hamilton.

Hamilton Library
Location: Lower Level, adjacent to Photocopying Room (PDF 31KB)

Booking in person only at the Hamilton Service Counter, using the dedicated booking PC

One room available

Only one two-hour slot may be booked per group per day
