Hole in battery of joye 510

    Hey guys,

2 weeks ago I picked up my first e-cig which is the joye 510. As a result I have been happily off cigarettes for those 2 weeks. Impressive, but not as impressive as the hole that is in one of my batteries. (see photo)

Is this common with 510 batteries? Do I have grounds to seek a refund/replacement from the irish online vendor I got it from? Was it something I did?

    Any help welcome.

    Cheers

No idea if it's something you did but I'd contact the vendor. That hole does not look good and I'd be worried about juice getting into the battery. Good luck and congrats on 2 weeks of vaping!

Was the hole always there or did it just appear recently?

It just appeared recently. I have noticed that the charger for the PCC has a sharp cone like connection. That is the only possible way I believe the battery could have been pierced. Doubt it though.

I'll email the vendor and see if they are willing to help and update when possible.
