How many hours per week of programming?

In the Computing (information technology) full time courses. How many hours per week of programming is there? I am doing a fetac level 5 right now and I am kind of disapointed that we aren't doing that much programming. That's why I am asking.

In my first year (currenlty fourth year) there was 1x2hr lecture and 2x2hr practical classes for Java. Although this may have changed.
