Shannon or Local Tax Office ? RF134

    Hay folks can any one tell me where i send the RF134 FORM (need new log book,original lost) I assume it would be to Shannon,just like a change of ownership would be,,,,But on the departments website it says send or bring the form and the 12 euro to your local county council tax office for a new one,,,is this correct thanks in advance for clarification,,,

    Bring it to tax office, pay them, Shannon then send out the new cert

    Thanks lads,,,i just couldnt see how the local tax office would be able to print a new one,,,,so that makes sense,,

    The advantage of the tax office is that you know they have gotten the form and you've a receipt.
