Old TV drama set in Belfast or Derry with girl accordion player

Help please. I'm looking for the name/source/anything on late 1980s 1-hr TV drama shot in Belfast or Derry—about a young girl piano accordion player playing traditional tunes from both "sides" but also classical music who ended up floating over city under balloon playing classical. The girl playing was a real and accomplished player about 10 years old. Probably produced by BBC Northern Ireland (maybe UTV but unlikely!), possibly co-production with RTE. Anybody?
