Postgrad in Edinburgh.. fees info and advice required!

I am interested in studying a postgrad in Edinburgh. The only problem is I have no $$ ... I have been trying to research this for a while but keep finding contradictory answers to my questions. What I would like to know is: - As an EU member, will I be entitled to have my fees paid? - Will I be entitled to a maintenance…

I am interested in studying a postgrad in Edinburgh.
The only problem is I have no $$ ...

I have been trying to research this for a while but keep finding contradictory answers to my questions.

What I would like to know is:
- As an EU member, will I be entitled to have my fees paid?
- Will I be entitled to a maintenance grant? (If I meet the criteria of course, which I think I will.)

If anyone has any experience studying a postgrad in Scotland or any information regarding this I'd be most greatful!
