Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT-P7500 Update?

    Hi Guys,

    I have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT-P7500 running on android version 3.2.

    Is there any way of updating it without rooting the device.

    I have tried
    About device > software update > update but keep getting “no update available”

    I also tried Kies but again there’s no software available.

    I'm on 4.0.4 the tablet has been updating itself and notifying me when updates are ready.

    Thanks NORTH1,

    Looks like I might have a problem.
    I tried a factory reset but still no update or notification of one.

    Anyone with any ideas?

    I have same tablet as yourself and I am running 4.04.
    My my sister also has the same tablet and like you she is on 3.2 and it says there is no update available.

    The difference between mine and hers is thats mine has no sim option while her tablet does. I am not sure if that is the reason but its the only difference between our tablets.
