Hermione - couldn't add more cheese - there was already far too much in it :)
Also, would definitely do that with the chorizo, however I was looking for a quick fix this morning so it was sliced chorizo I added to it, like what you'd use in a sandwich, rather than normal Chorizo sausage - although I have that in the fridge, will be using it later this week fo'sho :)
If I were doing that, I’d usually reserve some cheese from the omelette mixture to put on the top ;)
I’m not mad about sliced chorizo: much prefer the chorizo sausages. However, you can get rings of ready-cooked chorizo, which are nice. They probably still take time to cook, though. This is why I have omelettes for supper or weekend breakfast. I usually have a speedy bowl of porridge or homemade smoothie during the week.

This stew is kinda like a soup, but I will defo try that one, thanks.
I use Jamie Oliver’s recipe as my base and adapt it. Really recommend it. Sauces I like to be really rich and thick, which is why I rarely make stews. Haven’t the patience for the aaaaaages of cooking and simmering away required to get it the way I want it!

Is there ever any other topic of conversation here apart from food?
Rarely, but I think that’s one of the things I like most about this thread! There can never be enough food talk for me :pac:

I have Zambian housemates and they make this nsima dish. Sticky stuff indeed.

Sames! For me, it’s eggs, cheese, chorizo, hummus, herbal teas, coffee, nice chocolate, chickpeas, chillies ….

Whatyatalkinabout? Hummus is great. :pac: Cheese is fuppin' expensive, good, but dear.

I could probably do with better lunches. Sandwich (brown bread) and fruit is OK, I guess. Made a practice version of my Cooking Club recipe last night, tune in during October to find out what it is. :P

Forgot my gym bag this morning, so I went home at lunch, ate, had a coffee and then came back to work without the gym bag once again....

    I'm having a bad day :(

It's so they don't appear to be picking on people who may "look young."

Discrimination, was the word I was thinking of when I started this post, but couldn't for the life of me remember it. Not gonna start all over again now.

I know but I'm broke up and I'm training tomorrow so I kinda need a recovery session tonight, light cycle, swim, sauna and steam should do the trick nicely I'd say :)

Was just thinking this morning how it looks to anyone who's monitoring internet access here seeing me frequenting a place called Gentleman's Club. :)
