Grease nipple wont take grease

    I have one particular grease nipple that just will not take any grease. I tried cleaning it, I changed the seals on the ram, I changed the nipple itself for a brand new one but nothing works. I bought a different gun, that helped a bit, but my old gun worked fine on all the other nipples, and this new one only partially works on this dodgy nipple. Any ideas????

    Maybe the hole was never drilled out completely, could be paint blocking the hole?
    Back the nipple out and run a tap down the hole covered in grease to catch the swarf.
    Every 5 turns remove the tap and clean the debris off, once the hole is clean see if its clear.
