    nice one OP, it worked for me but I had to log in to amazon.com (US) because I think any kindle purchases from Ireland have to be done through the US.

    No probs. Think it just depends where you bought your kindle/have the country specified in its settings. I bought mine in NY and so buy books from amazon.com instead of .co.uk.
