Can't contact Aviva travel insurance outside of 9-5?

Hiya I am heading off on a ski holiday tomorrow and I need to confirm something with my policy. Does anyone have a 24hr contact number for them? Every number on their site gives me a "hours are 9-5" rubbish or is no longer connected!
