I have in the past and just used them today to book flights to BCN. Last year used them without any issues but today they are giving me hassle as I need the booking e-mail they used to book my Aer Lingus flight and are beating around the bush giving it to me! To make matters worse they are refusing to change it to my e-mail address.

I'm not happy at all at all and would now be very careful booking with them!

    Cheers,
    M

Update: Finally managed the get the e-mail address they used to book my flight with and I was then able to confirm the booking on www.aerlingus.com, you would think it was a simple thing for them to give it to me but they made me jump through hoops to get it!!

At the end of the day I saved a whole €15 by booking on www.budgetair.ie as opposed to booking directly with Aer Lingus. I had a voucher that stated it was worth €20 and then turned out to be only worth €15 when I put it in, I know I should not complain, a saving is a saving but wondering if it was all really worth the hassle as they definitely kept trying to fob me off when I called them looking for the correct e-mail address!!
