Need to get front fog light bulb replaced - where in Galway city?

hi all, I have an 02 corolla, need to get one of the front fog light bulbs replaced. I have the bulb, but looks like the car needs to go up on a lift to get in at the bulb. Anyone recommend a garage in Galway city or suburbs that might be able to do it for me today/early tomorrow morning? Thanks.

I've never seen one of those corollas, but a lot of cars, you go in to get at the foglights through a panel inside the wheelarches, have you checked there?
