Cant remember the KG weight but took 3hrs to cook and only got 3 slices off each side of the breasts which was pretty crappy, but I stuffed that bad boy into every crevice so got loads of stuffing. The legs and underbelly and rest of it went to the Cats so they are happy out all day long.

Anyone try deep frying their turkey? It locks in the moisture so it doesn't get dry or so they say.

My mum gets these boned and rolled turkeys every year. Think it was 6 kg this year. Fed 9 people and still half left.
