    Hi there,

Just wondering if anybody out there could tell me how (or if) polyethylene glycol would react with potassium polyacrylate? What is the chemistry and what would be the likely effects if the two were to react in water in a closed environment (a cigar humidor)? Thanks in advance - Saabster

My guess would be that it wouldn't, is this the thing in your humidifier that you add water to? I'd say it just modifies the polyacrylates affinity for water/ gives it better physical properties...
