Hitman Absolution steam download problems

I've been trying to download this game since it's launch day, however the download seems to keep re-setting and not recognizing the past content download. It seems to have happened twice (As the first time I thought I misread it). Once It defiantly happened the second time, dropping from 87% to 9% I began to check it out.…

I've been trying to download this game since it's launch day, however the download seems to keep re-setting and not recognizing the past content download.

It seems to have happened twice (As the first time I thought I misread it). Once It defiantly happened the second time, dropping from 87% to 9% I began to check it out.

It's steam download folder is 27.6 GB, while the game it's self is about 11Gb's!!!

Any suggestions?It's bugging me like hell.

Probably not what you want to hear, but delete the hitman folder and start again, is what I'd do.
