What are my options ? The package left the UK last friday week, the 7th dec by economy international-3 working days.
Its been in transit now for 10 actual days and tracking has it in Dublin on the 11th.

Apparently nightlink do delivery for them and they haven't got it yet either.

I've contacted, the seller and fed ex rang me friday to say they're looking into it.

As of just now,the tracking still says-In Dublin sorting depot

Too long for Fedex tbh ,even with Christmas coming up it should be 5/6 working days tops.

Any response from the seller yet ?

Yes fedex have got back to them today requesting a description of the goods so they can do a search.
The seller seems as annoyed as me,and asked fedex why they weren't doing this last thursday when they first asked where the package was.

The mind boggles as to why they need a description,do they not have things sorted numerically?

Probably (my guess) your item was not scanned properly and is laying somewhere to be found.

Get the seller to do all chasing ,it is his/her responsibility to get your stuff delivered to your door.

To be here before Xmas...somehow I doubt it.
