Turning off Radiators - Heat drawn to cold rooms

Okay, Curious question. If I turn off the radiators in certain rooms of the house, does the heat from other rooms in the house naturally radiate to the cold areas of the house... What I mean, is warm air drawn to cold air!?

to a small extent ya. but you end up with a cold room being cold and a warm room feeling draughty and not so warm

So does it make more sense to keep radiators on it all rooms, just on really low in rooms not in use?

I would have thought it best to have the radiators on at a very low heat.
