Need new bank - not ULSTER BANK

    Just wondering who has the lowest fees besides Ulster Bank and BOI

    I can longer deal with Ulster Banks rubbish customer service

    PTSB if you can stick to their conditions for free banking.

    I have having problems getting my bank to deal me or call me back in relation to transactions on my account.

    Between saturday and today i have been on the phone for 3.5 hours to them.

    i am told that i need to deal directly with my branch, my branch dont answer their phones, and i get transferrred to telephone banking, who email my branch, who dont return my call etc. etc.

    Fraud Department said it was nothing to do with them

    Im Afraid you have to deal with the bank.

    Get them to log the complaint and confirm it in writing to you. After its resolved you can refer it to the ombusdman for review if you are un happy with the outcome.

    To get on with it, the branches have direct line number, as for it.
