What do you do that you'd consider therapeutic?

I don't know if this is an appropriate place for this, apologies if not, I need a kind-of Miscellaneous-y Forum. I might ask can we get a Miscellaneous-esque Forum.

Anyways I spent a rather pleasant half hour or so this evening cleaning my ice-box! Have been putting it off for a while but everything in there is going soft and not freezing at all! Anyways I found it quite enjoyable and therapeutic to be thawing it out sitting there with my hair-dryer.

Another thing I like doing that I find therapeutic is ironing.

How about you?

I love when my hair is brushed. I have very long hair, halfway down my back and I love the feeling of someone else brushing it or playing with it.
