Custom paper cutting online? (or loan of Silhouette Cameo)

Does anyone know any cheap online service where you can design a cut layout for a sheet of paper and get it cut? I was hoping somewhere like Vistaprint might do it but no luck. Otherwise is there anyone near Galway with a Silhouette Cameo they would like to rent out? :-)

Does it have to be paper ? Reason I ask is you could get it cut in vinyl from a sign shop

http://www.360-dpi.com/ is Steve and he has digital cutter. He cuts mounting boards for photographs, and can cut also various shapes, such as letters and similar.
Give him a call, he is always very helpful.
