Best data only pre pay sim

    Hi all,

    I have a nice shiny new laptop which has a built in mobile modem. I'd really only use it now and then on the road where I don't have a wi-fi signal so don't want to sign up to any sort of monthly bill pay deal.

    Are there any deals on any of the networks which allow you to pre-pay say 2GB of data the way you can pre pay €10 worth of calls?

    42 views and no feedback. I guess there isn't a pre pay broadband sim only package then :(

    7.5gb for 20 a month on meteor maybe or its 2.99 for a day or something for i can't remember how much data... there's not usually the best deals for pay as you go

    Just a matter of going to the o2/voda/meteor/3 sites and checking out the pay as you go broadband packages VoIP can be used for calls

    The quality of the connection will vary highly depending on location and there is usually crappy charges for going over the limits especially on pay as you go type things
