Wow didn't realise that happened 6 years ago, time flies eh? What happened in the end, did they quietly drop it out of sheer embarrassment, is the infamous thread lost in the ether now? I wonder if the lads have the infamous letter framed up on the wall somewhere.

MCD were bought out and the new owners decided that it wasn't worth the hassle anymore so dropped the case.
