Apparently the national library has a copy, but I've no idea what this has to do with punk

Hi dregin, thanks for the reply, it's much appreciated. You are right this has nothing to do with punk, it's my first thread and I've made a mess of it. Apologies. I have checked the National Library already, but need to get a copy as my late uncle is mentioned in the book.
