    Hey all,

Looking for a good multi-vitamin, Can't seem to find any that don't involve gelatin.
Thought Centrum would be ok as it's chalky but turns out it has gelatin too. :pac:

Solgar does many vegan products. They are expensive but one of the best.

I bought Natures's Plus Source of Life in Aug. They were €45  but I'd read and heard great things etc. I have to say I'm very disappointed. Haven't noticed any increase in energy levels as promised. Several people have said that the liquid is much better but that's not practical for my lifestyle.

I've continued to take them as they cost so much. I'll be finished them shortly so I'm going to try the Solgar Multivitamin next.

    I'll report back....

Try Tesco pregnancy multivitamins. Vegetarian and dairy free and I've taken them in the past to get rid of quite bad iron deficiency.

    Wellman by Vitabiotics.

VERY good. VERY heavy duty. I have always found them overpowering if I don't take them very correctly with food.

I keep in shape (vegan warrior mindset ;) ) and I find them very good along with a good diet and the odd splash of whiskey and wine.
