nuketown 2025 easter egg

Can't unlock the easter egg in nuketown 2025. I've shot all the mannequin heads off but still can't unlock it. Do you have to be online? Or is there a time limit? Thanks

I am also having the same problem. I watched one video online of someone shooting off all the mannequin heads in nuketown 2025. He did it in two minutes. I have tried this over and over again and have done it in under 2 minutes. I know I've gotten all the mannequins as I stay in the round to make sure even when I am past the time limit. My only question is do you have to be online to get it? at this time I can only play it offline. any help would be greatly appreciated.
